Public Relations

Develops all of the public outreach materials that are published in the local newspapers; plans special events and functions for the agency’s participation; coordinates public information activities with the Executive Director, utilizes unique opportunities to continuously inform the public of agency activities;  prepares and distributes press releases; work with local elected officials and staff to educate the public on the importance of the agency​.

Social Media Manager

Developed a multi-dimensional social media platform for the agency to use as an additional public outreach tool as well as for other local water districts; developed a new website for the agency and is responsible for updating and maintaining all of the agency’s social media sites and web site.

Board Secretary

Prepares Board and Committee agendas for all meetings including the coordination of agenda items under the direction from the Executive Director, Committee Chairs and Board Representatives; ensures all public notices have been posted in accordance to state law, writes minutes for Board and Committee meetings in accordance with State law; leads the organization, production and dissemination of the Board and Committee agenda packets; drafts resolutions in appropriate format; prepares and conducts Board elections; coordinates all of the travel for Board Members to attend various meetings/conferences.

Assistant to the Executive Director 

Provides calendaring and administrative support for the Executive Director including scheduling of meetings and conferences, and preparing, proofreading and editing correspondence; greets visitors, refers calls, and handles inquiries in the absence of support staff.
